Refund Policy
Last updated: 26/02/2025Thank you for purchasing from Come Type. We strive to provide high-quality fonts and digital products. However, due to the nature of digital goods, we have specific refund policies in place.
Eligibility for Refunds
Since fonts and digital products cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds. However, a refund may be granted under the following circumstances:
- You purchased the same product multiple times by mistake.
- The font file is corrupted, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- You did not receive the download link after purchase (please check your spam/junk folder first).
- The product description was misleading or significantly different from what was delivered.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- The font is incompatible with your software or operating system.
- You no longer need the product.
- A request is made beyond 7 days from the purchase date.
How to Request a Refund

- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- A detailed explanation of the issue.
- Screenshots or files showing the problem (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If a chargeback or dispute is filed without contacting us first, your account may be restricted from future purchases. Please reach out to us so we can assist you in resolving any issues.
